What are the best aspects of this product?
NinjaRMM is has a user-friendly, easy-to-use interface and variety of helpful functionalities. Managing updates is simple, and accessing customer is easy as well. Reports are easy-to-understand and brief. Additionally, customer support never fails to give us a positive experience. They are responsive when we encounter issues and always ready to solve them. We are more than happy to use this tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In some cases, I am having trouble with the interface when pulling out data. It crashes and needs some reloads. Splashtop, which is integrated with the tool, also encounters errors. I think Splashtop only tries to convince users to purchase their product instead of doing what it should do on RMM platforms.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
NinjaRMM gives us heads-up whenever potential issues about to occur before customers notice them. We can immediately determine drive, device, and network issues and solve them. The auto-solution has its way of solving problems quickly, so it’s an amazing feature equipped in the system.
