What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I can seamlessly add devices, and the tool comes with robust reporting. I also appreciate the SMS notifications after setting up NinjaRMM.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish I could add all the devices I used on the pricing model I have chosen. Also, it would be great of the notifications can be customized according to users’ preferences.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
NinjaRMM helps us determine if there are ongoing issues taking place even if we lose the connection. Thanks to the cloud messaging and alerts.
