PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy-to-use interface and dependable customer support. I also love the integrated BitDefender tool that allows easy inspection of hardware’s health, stability, and security from the central display. This capability doesn’t require me to generate a large amount of data to get to the action I need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are two things that I don’t like about this tool. First is the lack of the option to delete Windows updates from different devices. Having a built-in function for this action would definitely save users a lot of time. Second is the TeamViewer integration, which was later fixed by Splashtop migration.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our team has to work from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and NinjaRMM provides us robust remote IT support in monitoring our computer’s stability and health, collecting data for network modifications, staying updated with our tech inventory, and ensuring our system’s security. The Splashtop integration even gave our remote employees the flexibility to monitor our system in the comfort of their homes.
