What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that NinjaRMM goes the extra mile to provide superior support to its users. Good support is very important if you belong to a service industry—and that’s what I receive from this tool. I also appreciate that diagnosing and solving system issues are faster with TeamViewer’s integration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to pay close attention to every step you’re taking when exploring the platform, or else you’ll end up messing up with it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NinjaRMM makes processes more convenient and easy, including opening CMD and running scripts. Thanks to Splashtop and TeamViewer integration. The customer support is very responsive whenever we need guidance in finishing projects. There’s also a live demo, which is very amazing and helpful. The integration with TeamViewer and Splashtop, on the other hand, gives us the option if one of them isn’t working. Issues can troubleshoot and solved with scripts without disrupting clients. The alerts are so helpful as they prompt me whenever our line encounters problems.
