What are the best aspects of this product?

What I love most about this tool is that it recognizes its users as a big part of its success. It has a friendly and responsive customer service that helps us address our and our customer’s needs. They are always ready to help and provide suggestions to bridge the gap between us and our clients. Additionally, the webinars the offer is pretty amazing, offering new ideas that we can use for continuous growth.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

From my personal point-of-view and experience of using this tool, I can say that it’s better to use Notes for other purposes than relying on something that’s integrated into the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Problems are inevitable in any business, and ours is no exemption. But NinjaRMM helps us find solutions to our problems, and from there, we’re able to know what we should do or what steps we should take next. That said, we save ourselves ample time and take the right track when solving problems.
