What are the best aspects of this product?
NinjaRMM is far better compared to other tools we’ve used before. With it, we’re able to manage and patch all devices and sites easily. Setting it is easy and quick as well. The constant updates always provide new improvements to the system, and the customer support is very helpful to our team. I also love the fact that I can use the tool on my phone, where I patch and receive notifications when something needs our attention. I know this tool will release something big in the future to improve user experience.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Overall, I love the experience with NinjaRMM. I just have some requests that I want them to implement in the future release, like additional functionality for our ticketing system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With NinjaRMM, patching third-party software, firmware, and all Windows is easy. Patching is just easy to do. The tool has several software included in the system. What’s even more amazing with this tool is that it allows me to go through the system’s backside and work on files or registry without causing any problems on the other users. This software is very helpful, and it’s a powerful RMM tool.
