What are the best aspects of this product?

NinjaRMM’s user interface is easy to understand, and all the information you need can be found in one place. One of the best parts about this tool is the integration with TeamViewer, which allows remote connections among our staff and makes us feel we have our own TeamViewer software. I can say that it's better compared to other tools, like Pulseway and ConnectWise.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NinjaRMM is proactive in helping us address and solves issues relating to our computers. What’s even better with it is that you can solve those problems without letting other end-users know the actions you’re taking. This makes our job faster and easier. Overall, Ninja is simple and easy to use. Love the experience.
