What are the best aspects of this product?
NinjaRMM possesses fantastic remote capabilities without disrupting us and our clients. I like that it comes with good reporting functionality and customization options. The tool is easy to use, with an easy-to-understand interface, good customer support, and great design.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Here are the things I don’t like about this tool: no support for Linux users (but they said they’ll work on this in the coming updates) no deployment tool, and no installation support for some major products, such as MS Office (although they’ve integrated some products that are very useful).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
NinjaRMM is an excellent tool, and it’s way better than other solutions of its kind out there. Its patching features allow the use of different devices or clients. The integration with TeamViewer makes it more flexible. It comes with an easy-to-use dashboard, and it’s easy to spot which clients require reboots or patches, regardless of their numbers.
