What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that NinjaRMM is equipped with third-party patching functionality and other helpful tools, unlike the other software I used in the past. Setting up NinjaRMM is fast and no problem at all, taking us only a few hours to finish it. Before we use this platform, we also noticed that our clients don’t receive constant updates, which they now enjoy when we switched to NinjaRMM. Also, our old RMM doesn’t patch Java, and it’s a major concern when it comes to security. Everything we missed on the old RMM is now here on Ninja, including reasonable pricing models.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t like the old interface, but good thing is fixed by new updates. Also, we’re having a little issue with the workflow, but again, it is addressed by the Ninja team over time. We now love how easy and quick it solves problems, and our clients love the convenience of opening tickets directly from the taskbar.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
NinjaRMM moves third-party and bill patching in a centralized location—and that’s beneficial on our part. It brings convenience for the company’s billing team as we can get both Webroot and Splashtop under one bill—no need for multiple billing for each client.
