What are the best aspects of this product?

Nintex allows both IT and our business users to build, publish and manage the workflows by using its drag and drop interface into Office 365. The design process is easy and powerful and it offers lot of rules and controls that replicate to mobile platforms.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The form designing can be complicated to work with but the roadmap is pulling updated interfaces so it can make the response forms simple to build.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this solution to address workflow and mobile app needs across all areas of the organisations. Human resource department is great place for new starters, recruitment and performance analysis and everything that is within this department can be automated.
