Nintex workflows are important for SharePoint environment

What are the best aspects of this product?

This product provides great adventage. It allows us to create solutions and address business problems by extending SharePoint Platform. Our users need their “ABC” to be automatic when “XYZ” appears, and we can do even the imposible with this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

First of all, the pricing model for Nintex Online. Unfortunatelly we cannot take all the workflows we have created over the last 3 years and throw them into the cloud and now we have “X” workflows and we only use this product for critical workflows.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us in solving problems with OPEX impacts, catering requests, data incident management, OHS Chemicals register, corporate calendar and events, employee performance review management, employee sentiment review, policy and procedure registers, maintenance hours monitoring and many others. We managed to improve our solutions and to do the work for few weeks.
