What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is easy to use and it offers great drag and drop options. There are no codes and it provides wonderful user community where you can find answers and solutions for any circumstances. The customer support team is wonderful. It automates administrative tasks and it is great tool for solo or small businesses. They constantly improve the product and provide new fetaures. You can generate Word/PDF documentation from SharePoint data. It works perfectly for mobile devices like Android, iPAd, iPhone etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks workflow history in 0365, and sometimes it shows errors which can be quite frustrating.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saves lot of time and money and it is helpful tool for collecting data and creating reports.
