What are the best aspects of this product?

This software is perfect for monitoring the reach and performance of our marketing campaigns. On the users’ end, Nutshell is really a flexible software that eases out our marketing and advertising operations. It increases our productivity, while also increasing our income.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don't like about this software is that new users might find it difficult to navigate at the beginning. It's totally easy to learn but might take time because the format of leads to accounts to the sales and marketing process is not that easy to figure out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nutshell helped me trace our income flow and other money matters such as taxes and billing. I love that I can do marketing, advertising, and basic accounting using one software.
