Best CRM tool available in the market!

What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, the best features of this intuitive software are its outreach tool, contact management system, and calendar! I love how it manages data and track emails better than other CRM software out there.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nutshell is not that customizable. You have to allot time and effort to do it, given that there's also a limited resource for tutorials. Managing deals can also be tricky because of how the system was structured. Integration is a bit challenging. Navigation can still be improved.
