What are the best aspects of this product?

This software has many strong points and I listed some of my favorite things about it. Nutshell allows us to: (1) easily organize and track our activities, status, and achievements vis-a-vis our objectives; (2) organize data from the previous years making it easier to compare our business performances; (3) customize dashboard; (4) import and export data which can be used for mass emailing; (5) easily create new accounts/users; (6) filter customer data which allows us to check on our visitor location and traffic; (7) set-up pop-ups as daily task reminders; (8) access the platform even outside the office because of its mobile app; (9) generate leads; and (10) link the app with our emails and other social media platforms, making it easier to track communications. overall, this platform has a lot of functions, records and organizes data well which results in clear and concise reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I like the dashboard but I think it can still be improved further. I also hope setting quotas would be less complicated in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us strategize well because of the way it organizes data. It allows us to see our weak points and forecast trends. It also improved our teamwork because of its centralized information management.
