Nutshell is a really straight-forward tool. Navigating into different pipelines is so easy. I also love how helpful their support team is!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope the developers improve the appearance of the interface, like adding more colors and enabling color coding for labeling information.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app really helped in improving our communication within the team. it allows us to tag other users and set alarms/reminders for the team. It actually made us more efficient.
