PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really love the drag-and-drop capabilities of Nutshell's interface. It makes everything easier -- from organizing contact profiles and tracking sales. It also has the ability to assess trends in the market which we find really helpful in strategizing. It also works perfectly when integrated with other apps, especially mailer apps.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nutshell doesn't have a video conferencing feature. I've also encountered a little issue with giving email support to the customer using certain email platforms.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our sales processes are now automated so it saves us a lot of time, therefore, increasing our productivity and efficiency. The app also allows us to review sales charts and maps conveniently. Basically, it improved everything communication-related -- communication with staff (reminding them about tasks) and communication with customers (call recordings)
