Nutshell's interface is really simple and beginner-friendly! It doesn't even require so much effort to learn using it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a few times where the note-taking feature kind of messed up. Sometimes, the notes will appear on a different lead, so it will be really confusing for my team.
