PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Nutshell has been great for our software firm. Support via chat and email is excellent and they are always willing to hear new feature ideas and requests. It's also affordable enough to be a great first CRM for new and small businesses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Data cleanliness can be a bit of an issue as you can get a lot of duplicate leads during importing. Reporting is not that bad right now but there is room for improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

New salespeople are able to use the software immediately even with minimal training. In addition, workflows are customizable and tracking prospect information is very easy.
