Pros:
I love how Nutshell works, especially the dashboard activities gives me information about the sales and gives me instruction what I need to do next to achieve my goal. Also, I am very amazed how I can easily create multiple sales processes. Nutshell has saved my time with its ability to organize things for me.

Cons:
I work with Outlook/Office 365 and with Nutshell there is only 1 direction integration. They could work on linking the contacts in Nutshell to Office 365 and to schedule calls and meetings from my Outlook.

Pros:
What I like about Nutshell is its simplicity. It is great to track leads, to keep your contact list, to make a graph of your most selling products, the low price is also positive side. Every person in the team can start with the app because everyone can figure out how it really works.

Cons:
As your business is growing you will see that you cannot work with Nutshell unless they make some more features and progress. What I really want to say is you will need more creative ways to arrange the information you need. It is also hard to add new products.
