The same window allows you to contact them on the spot, arrange a face-to-face meeting, or edit their records.

When it comes to generating leads and tracking sales, Nutshell allows you to define a price according to your own criteria, and adjust that price to the market where your product/service is about to be placed. The system lumps all opportunities together, as it assigns people, products, sources and competitors to each lead, making it possible to track them all at once. That doesn’t stop you from distributing leads in a different way, though, or assigning unique tasks while the lead is created.

Great reporting

Finally, Nutshell is a great reporting system. The user can pull out detailed performance charts, high level summaries, sales forecasts and analytics, and team activity lists. The same as other documents exported from this system, reports can be saved to your device as CSV files.

Pros: I like Nutshell’ dashboard activities because it provides me with information about sales and instructions about next steps. It allows me to create multiple sales processes and to organize things easily. It saves me lot of time and I’m more focused on other important things.

Cons: This tool provides only one direction, they could link the contacts in Nutshell to Office 365 and to schedule calls and appointments from Outlook.

Pros: Nutshell offers me wonderful tools for customizing my business processes. I can easily import leads from other systems. The search engine is fast, but if you have tons of data it can be little difficults. The price is also wonderful thing about this product.

Cons: We have inside and outside sales teams and they have to use various processes for same purpose. Also, it requires lot of clicks in order to get from one step to another.
