What are the best aspects of this product?
It offers a simple but powerful UI, beautiful dashboards, and a very well-documented REST API that integrates very easily. Technical support and customer service are very great as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is some slowness experienced when large number of entries are present. Internationalization can also be tricky to set up. Also, more 3rd party integration would help make it better.
