What are the best aspects of this product?

It is simple to set up and learn. It also offers excellent features such as mapping, creating teams, duplicate removal and more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile versions are pretty good, but not as good and thorough as the desktop version. I hope to see improvements on the mobile versions soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has provided better communication for my team members across the board. It has also saved us time by how easy and simple it is to set up.
