Nutshell is very affordable and offers great customizable features like the sales pipeline, products and services, easy to use lead uploading, and task management. Customer service is also very easy to reach whenever I have a problem.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is still fairly young as a product, though that itself is not a drawback as its features can be improved upon for the better.

We have been using this with our phone marketing operations to schedule timely and precise follow-up contact with prospects. It has also helped us communicate with all members of the team or company through a sales platform, with the ability to tag people without having to waste time making a call or sending another email.
