What are the best aspects of this product?

When I started with my business I was looking for an easy-to-use, intuitive and clever application, and then I found Nutshell. What I really love about this app is the sales tools. Making the sales process with Nutshell was very easy, everything was described in detail. Also if you have multiple tasks you can share with your team members and after finishing the task the task is automatically marked as completed and you can move on the next task.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you delay your task it automatically delays from the date it was due instead of the current day.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nutshell really helps in organizing our sales team.
