PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Nutshell makes it easy to enter data/info, allowing changes in a field with just a quick click. I also like its automataed task workflows, which it offers at no extra cost, as well as the goal-setting feature and the dashboard counter that shows progress vs. a goal tally. the iPhone app is pretty good and customer service is great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think it lacks social media integration and I'm not a fan of referring to potential deals as "leads"; I just think "deals" should refer to actual deals/proposals. Just a different way of looking at things. And while the user interface is fine, I prefer the more modern, bigger box look of Base and Nimble.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes it easier for us to focus on the new leads/contacts to be contacted and share them with team members for them to handle the task. It has also helped provide a good goal setting to see how we are progressing each day or each week.
