What are the best aspects of this product?

Nutshell is easy to use, with great functionality, and its value is top-notch. It does a great job of storing the information we need, making it easy as well to make notes, compare customer and lead reports, communicate with prospects, and update information on the go so we can turn those leads into paying customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes I have to do a bit more navigation to get the lead reports that I want. But now I have all my frequently used reports bookmarked.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don't need an all-in-one solution for our CRM, sales, and marketing needs. We just need a CRM that gets what we need and does it right. Nutshell has been able to provide just that, with its focus on being the best collaborative CRM and helping us solve specific problems for our customer base.
