Great sales management tool for your small business

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like Nutshell’ simplicity. It allows us to track leads, to keep our contact lists, to make graphic of our most selling products. Also, I like that this tool is affordable. It doesn’t have steep learning curve and this means that it can be used by everyone and everyone can easily figure out how the product works.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As the business is growing we cannot work with Nutshell unless they add new and advanced features. We really need more creative ways to organize the information. Also, it is really complicated when it comes to adding new products.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to organize our contacts, emails and data.
