What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like about Nutshell is its simplicity. It is great to track leads, to keep your contact list, to make a graph of your most selling products, the low price is also a positive side. Every person in the team can start with the app because everyone can quickly figure out how it really works.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As your business is growing you will see that you cannot work with Nutshell unless they add some more features and progress. What I really want to say is you will need more creative ways to arrange the information you need. It is also hard to add new products.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nutshell is great for organizing the contacts, emails and data. In this way you won't need an extra time for repetitive data entry.
