What are the best aspects of this product?

What I really love about Nutshell is the simple management of the leads. You can simply and easily manage your projects and you have the ability to track the achievements and growing of projects. You can see the fulfillment and progress of your duties and projects. In other words, Nutshell is an excellent web application.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could make a phone reporting window so I can write down the important notes while I make the conversation. Also, the links between company and leads are not clear, I wish I could see my team's leads in my personal leads, it is about team work after all. They need to work on this one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nutshell help us to organize our work so we can focus on our priorites, we have clear information of our achievements and what to do next.
