What are the best aspects of this product?

I like its simple management of leads. I can easily manage all my projects and keep track of achievements and performance of projects. I can see the progress and fulfillment of tasks and projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could create phone reporting window so I can write down notes while making the conversations. In addition, the links between company and leads are not intuitive, I’d like to see my team’s leads in my personal leads.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to better organize our workflow and to be more focused on our priorities. It provides us with clear information of our achievements and about next steps.
