Nutshell is great app if you are working with sales

What are the best aspects of this product?

Nutshell offers me wonderful tools for customizing my business processes. I can easily import leads from other systems. The search engine is fast, but if you have tons of data it can be little difficults. The price is also wonderful thing about this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have inside and outside sales teams and they have to use various processes for same purpose. Also, it requires lot of clicks in order to get from one step to another.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nutshell helps us to track and create reports on various activities and pipelines.
