Nutshell is great if you need help with running your business

What are the best aspects of this product?

When I started using Nutshell I was amazed by its features that help me to modify my business processes. You can easily import leads from other systems. Their search tool is fast unless you have tons of data then the search will be difficult. The software itself is of great value including the pricing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The problem is that you cannot put into use custom processes to multiple teams. For example the problem is that we have inside and outside sale teams and they need to use different proceses for the same purpose. Also, you need a lot of clicks to get from one step to the next. They need to work on these issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Nutshell we can now track and make a report on different activities and pipelines.
