PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Nutshell has provided our business visibility from day one. And thanks to their tagging and their different market features, we are able to track leads more easily. Reporting is very powerful as you can easily filter a ton of criteria to find exactly what you need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It was unfortunate that they removed the nice auditing feature that they used to have, though I heard it will be brought back soon. I also can't put internal activiities in Nutshell because they have to be tied to a lead, contact or account. So I have to use a seperate system for that (Outlook, Wrike, etc.) Their Zapier actions are very basic. I can only create a lead or contact using Zapier. I wish I could make more changes to Nutshell using Zapier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has provided us visibility of leads no matter where they go (in-house, or to dealers), as well as scorecarding our dealers. It has also made reporting very easy.
