What are the best aspects of this product?

This is simple yet effective tool that keeps all our team together. It saves lot of time because all we have to do is to tag someone for making interaction or to share information instead of searching them across the departments. It saves others’ notes on their account. This is perfect tool for organizing and keeping all appointments on the calendar. I like that it has great integration with Google Suite producsts and this means that I can easily keep track of email interactions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that I cannot put dates on the tasks I’m working on and it can be hard to organize them.

It is powerful sales tool and it helps us to better organize our sales and to follow up the leads.
