What are the best aspects of this product?
Finally a simple yet very effective tool to keep all of your team together. It saves me time by simply tagging my members to talk and to share information instead of haunting them. Also, the notes that others are taking are saved on their accounts too. It is excellent in organization and keeps all the appointments on the calendar. It is also amazing that it is linked to Google Suites so I can track all the email communication.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One thing that is missing is that you cannot put dates on the tasks you are working on and it is difficult to organize them.

It is an effective sales tool, because it helps to organize the sales and you can easily follow up the leads. It saves us a lot of time.
