What are the best aspects of this product?

All of your contacts can be put into Nutshell very quickly and easily, that is somehting I really love about this app, you don't waste your time, also, you are on top of your customer contacts. This tool is perfect for organizing my time and to schedule my activities. It is worth every penny, I would really pay even 20%more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really need an Nutshell app for an iPad version, also, the app on the iPhone need some improvements but it is functional.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't need to waste my time on searching or remembering all my details of my accounts and even contacts, all I need to do is to look up my notes. As I said before, this app is easy-to-use and everyone around me is impressed with Nutshell
