What are the best aspects of this product?

I like Nutshell’ dashboard activities because it provides me with information about sales and instructions about next steps. It allows me to create multiple sales processes and to organize things easily. It saves me lot of time and I’m more focused on other important things.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This tool provides only one direction, they could link the contacts in Nutshell to Office 365 and to schedule calls and appointments from Outlook.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Is extremely helpful tool for organizing sales cycles and managing long-term relationships with both our customers and organizations.
