What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how Nutshell works, especially the dashboard activities give me information about the sales and give me instruction about what I need to do next to achieve my goal. Also, I am very amazed how I can easily create multiple sales processes. Nutshell has saved my time with its ability to organize things for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I work with Outlook/Office 365 and with Nutshell there is only 1 direction integration. They could work on linking the contacts in Nutshell to Office 365 and to schedule calls and meetings from my Outlook.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nutshell is great to organize sales cycles and to manage the long-term relationships with my customers and organizations.
