Nutshell is very user-friendly and works best on any platform, as well as any mobile device.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nutshell tends to focus on what they think the user experience should rather than what it actually is, causing a sense of disconnect in some instances and not focused on fulfillment.

We're able to keep track of all of our inbound orders and we get to respond quickly to our customers.
