PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the interface is easy to use and I can visualize even complex data. I can easily create social media monitoring and analysis reports. The app is scalable for multiple monitoring clients without having to pay more. Finally, the customer support is top notch and the vendor is really interested in improving their product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a couple of glitches. First, we are based in Australia and the vendor does not offer live support in our time zone. Second, there can be slight lag when you pull through monitoring data to report data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Nuvi to provide early warning alerts and real-time monitoring solutions to our clients. It is a single platform that we use to provide service to lots of clients as we are able to set up accounts for each client within the system.
