What are the best aspects of this product?
The feature is I appreciate most is being able to specifically customize my monitor. I would also like to mention our contact rep at Nuvi who provides us with timely assistance at all times, educates us about new features, tips, and tricks, and even helps with client work.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The major drawback is you cannot indicate words and phrases as negative in the setup. This results in inaccurate reading and I have to spend a lot of time to manually change negative mentions to neutral or positive. Another minus point is Nuvi can house only a limited number of mentions per hour. This is a disadvantage when your brand has a major spike in chatter within a short time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Nuvi for content publishing and social listening. The app provides deep insight into chatter about the client/brand and organizes these social media conversations efficiently. We are also able to save time by scheduling content for multiple customers in one system.
