What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that Nuvi brings alive real-time conversations. We use the app to make educated decisions about our client’s overall strategy, content direction, and social business. It allows us to easily create profiles to monitor client and competitor intelligence. Plus, we can create detailed and accurate PDF reports to share with our clients and team members. Finally, we can get customized text or email alerts that keep us updated about crucial developments when we are on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a couple of areas that could be improved. Currently, historical data pulls only Twitter and needs to include all social networks. Second, Nuvi software should add a feature that can measure specific metrics such as impressions, post frequency, etc. related to competitor social audits.

Our team uses Nuvi to create insightful content plans and social strategy using the system’s real-time social listening and in-depth analytics features.
