What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the Stream view of all mentions as it is very actionable. It tells you what is important and what needs priority. The pricing packages are flexible and affordable. The entry barrier is low and we can easily scale up to meet our growing business demands.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is tough to get the right combinations of keywords and syntax + structure, especially when your focus is on the number of mentions processed every month. To be fair, the vendor’s support team provides great help to enable you to craft them and they do not mind temporary overages.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Nuvi for a lot of tasks including new business pitches, monthly reporting visualizations plus trends, audience insights, weekly social network snapshot emails, and finally, streamlined community management.
