What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that Nuvi offers many excellent features. We initially used it for listening/monitoring but now are using more of its functionality. Our account manager helps us get the maximum out of the tool by informing and educating our team on how to use all the features effectively. We like the Stream feature as well as the reports created by the app. The dashboards for each monitor are easy to use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sentiment can be reported inaccurately but this can be corrected easily. Nuvi doesn’t offer us all the metrics we need such as top performing posts and follower growth, so we are using other apps to get that info.

We use Nuvi to develop insightful content plans and social strategy using the app’s real-time social listening and data-driven, in-depth analytics.
