What are the best aspects of this product?
Nuvi has become indispensable for me over the past year I’ve been using it. The system is intuitive and easy to use. My account manager provides stellar support and smart suggestions and guidance to help me make full use of the app. The channel monitors are visually attractive and offer insights not provided by other systems. Finally, the easy reporting features save me plenty of time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no peeves but would like to have the ability to monitor review websites such as TripAdvisor and Yelp.

We use Nuvi to cater to a range of clients needs such as monitoring conversations about their brands, monitoring their competition, and collecting social insights about their channels on a daily basis.
