What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, the highlights of Nuvi are the easy to use interface, excellent visual analytics, and affordable price. It makes available years of history of our social accounts within seconds.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am a data warehouse manager and would appreciate having direct API access to export results as a data feed. This would enable me to easily combine internal and social data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Nuvi as a single platform to manage our multiple social network accounts. Nuvi helped me find a direct link between Facebook engagement and the revenue obtained at our events. This has improved the manner in which we communicate and enabled us to become more responsive to the requirements of our customers.
