What are the best aspects of this product?
Octiv is one application built specially for the user. Our sales team has the flexibility to either add existing content provided by marketing or add their own custom material. It is simple to clone from successful documents yet secure enough to ensure legal details are not modified. Tracking activity is easy to view and alerts can be set up with CRM integration. Administrators also have plenty of options to ensure that security is enforced even with multiple users in place.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As an Administrator it is sometimes hard to know which security fields should be turned on, but reaching out to support has always resolved our issues.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our focus has been on integrating our complex opportunities into a proposal with marketing collateral and legal documents. We have used it with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (2013 & 2015 versions) which helped make our work easier. The support team provided outstanding assistance to ensure our implementations were seamless.
