Pros:
I love Octiv's visibility when sending proposals. The response time we have when we get notification of views has changed our sales process for the better. Now, our team has a better grasp on proposals, the information for our deals is available indefinitely, and it’s helped us become more organized. It has also helped streamline our onboarding process for non-sales staff as well. We are excited about utilizing the new Pitch platform for more dynamic product presentations and the like.

Cons:
I have yet to find a dislike. It is easy to use and they have a very quick support team that is always available if we have an issue.

Pros:
How Octiv defines the concept of assets really enjoyable. It looks at assets as a collection of images, content and text snippets that can be continually revised and used by simply dragging and dropping the asset into the document. It has provided us a single authoritative source for proposal content where all assets are located and helps us determine the most up-to-date content.

Cons:
Some of the software WYSIWYG editor tools (particularly tables and ordered/unordered lists) don't behave like you would expect when you export the document as a PDF or Word file. Everything works fine in the web view of the proposals however. I was able to find workarounds for the issues I was experiencing, but they are not very intuitive.
