What are the best aspects of this product?
We love how Octiv integrates into Salesforce and can pull data right from the opportunity into the proposal. Then the triggers once the deal is signed creates an automated process for when we seal the deal. It's been great! I also have to say that the latest update with the live editor is awesome! Now, I don't need to have 3 tabs open whenever I create a proposal.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The formstack integration needs some work. I believe there may be a way to better transition from the signature to the payment. Also on the top where it says "Form" I would like to be able to change it to whatever the name of the form is. A deeper Salesforce integration would be nice as well, perhaps have it run natively within Salesforce.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We no longer get excuses with the Octiv and Formstack integration; we get paid when the proposal gets signed. We can setup any recurring profiles that are needed and charge final project fees or progressive milestone payments to the card on file per our agreement.
In addition, it has allowed us to work 100% remotely and still make sure everything legally binding and clearly documented, thanks to the e-siganture feature.
