What are the best aspects of this product?
It's simple to utilize. Works well with Sales force. It streamlined our processes through the setting of proper expectation when initially signing on as a customer. Before Octiv, the proposal would appear a bit differnt from the renewa and we'd see ourselves spending a lot of time making lengthy explanations of renewal to the client.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Not having the ability to edit a proposal after its publications. There were a lot of times where we were making several versions of a proposal. We had to copy and re-publish them and then sending a client another link. It'd be a huge help and would save a great deal of time if we didn't have to always come up with a new proposal whenever we're editing.

Having the ability to send out proposals to clients. It streamlined how we're running things as a business across all departments. Since it has Salesforce integration, it merge met data we're in need of for renewals. This helps us save a lot time and effort.
